1. What happens after I pay for one of those ANSis? How does it work?

You’re automatically redirected to download the ANSi art file after the payment transaction is complete on PayPal.

2. Do you offer custom artwork services?

All our content labeled as “BBS THEME” on the site offers a “Custom Logo/Header” purchase option. If you need any other custom ANSi artwork, check our Request Art page.

3. What are the advantages of purchasing a BBS Theme or screen on ANSIGARDEN?

The main advantage is time frame, because it usually takes days, even weeks, for a good ANSi artist to create a detailed screen or full BBS Theme.

4. Another person can buy the screens I’ve bought?

Yes. All screens available on ANSiGarden are under a non-exclusive license, which means they can be sold unlimited times.

5. Can I edit the ANSi art screens downloaded from ANSiGarden?

Yes. You’re allowed to use, adapt and modify the material in order to customize it for a Bulletin Board System (BBS) of your ownership.

6. How can I modify a screen to customize it for my BBS?

We recommend PabloDraw textmode art editor, available for Mac and Windows.

7. What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the artwork and screens?

You may:

• Build a BBS using the screens in any way you like.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the content.
• Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of ANSIGARDEN and it’s artists.
• Use the content in more than one BBS (you have to purchase the same content once more in order to make another project with the same design).

8. Is the license a one-time fee payment?

Yes, the payment for your content is a one-time fee without any additional charges. After purchasing you may use the artwork as many times as you need for one Bulletin Board System.

9. How many screens are included in a BBS Theme on ANSiGarden?

It may vary. The exact amount of screens for each theme is indicated in the item description.

10. So, I get all the ANSis included in the theme if I buy it?

Correct! Themes include multiple screens, as detailed in the description.

11. Is there any return policy?

Since ANSIGARDEN is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date.

12. I ordered a BBS Theme or screen but haven’t received the download information.
